🧭 Cobo Tickets Portal User Guide

To help you efficiently submit or track tickets based on your account status, please refer to the following instructions:

šŸ”¹ For Users Without a Portal Account

1.Apply for Tickets Portal Access

  • Org users already registered in Portal
    By default, these users have access to the Tickets Portal and can use it directly.

  • Org users not yet registered in Portal
    The Org administrator must send an email request to whitelist the member’s email addresses.

Email Template Example:

Subject: Request to add members to the Tickets Portal — [Org Name]
​Content Example:
Please add the following email addresses to the Tickets Portal for [Full Org Name]:


2.Registration Entry

Please complete registration via the following link:

3.Registration Steps:

  • Register a Cobo Accounts account

  • Verify your email (enter a 6-digit email verification code)

  • Set up Google Authenticator

4.Once registration is complete, you will be redirected

  • click ā€œHelp Centerā€ to access the Tickets Portal.


šŸ”¹ For Users With an Existing Portal Account

Method 1: Access via Portal Web Interface

  1. Log in to the Portal platform

  2. Click the icon at the bottom-right corner

  3. In the popup window, select ā€œTicketsā€ → then click ā€œGo to Tickets Portalā€

Once redirected to the Help Center, you can:

  • View your team’s historical tickets and current progress

  • Submit a new ticket:

    • Click the bottom-right message icon

    • Select ā€œSend us a messageā€

    • Follow the prompts to choose the issue type and fill in the details


Method 2: Access via Help Center Page

  1. Select ā€œExisting User Loginā€ and enter your Portal credentials

  2. After logging in, you'll be redirected to the Tickets Portal where you can view all tickets associated with your team


šŸ”Ž Ticket Search and Filter Options

  1. Search by Ticket ID

    • After logging into the Ticket Portal, go to ā€œAllā€ or ā€œCreated by Meā€, and enter the ticket ID to locate your case.

  2. Search by Description

    • Use keywords from the ticket description submitted during creation to locate relevant tickets.

  3. Filter by Status

    • Click the upper-right tickets.filter_any dropdown and select the desired status to narrow down results.

  4. Advanced Filtering

    • Click ā€œAdd Filterā€ → select the filter condition → check the desired ticket type to quickly locate your target ticket.
